ADMISSION FOR RETURNING STUDENTS

Students returning after an absence of one semester or more including the Recess semester, must notify the Registrar's office of their intention to return.

Students who arrive at campus without having notified the administration office may encounter a delay in their registration as well as other logistical inconveniences-so its important the needfull is implemented

ADMISSION TO A SECOND COURSE

A studnet who has completed a certificate or diploma course may apply to be accepted into anoyher course at the same level if they meet all department requirements for admission to such a program. The proposed course of study may not be within the same major field and may not be similar to a program previously completed

RE-ADMISSION OF STUDENTS AFTER CANCELLATION

Students whose previous admission to a program at Kitara Inatitute has been cancelled because of academic and or conduct reasons may re-apply for admission after a reasonable period of time has passed.

Under no circumstances are such students re-admitted into a program before at least one academic year had passed. The reasons for the cancellation of the student's addmission ststus, a statement of intent, a report of subsequent rehabilitation, and a record of improved scholarship and or conducted at another institution are all factors that are taken into account when the student re-applies for admission.
